Product Availability and Pricing
All of our charges are in British pounds (GBP).

If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. International Shipments
Purchases made through our UK Web site may be shipped to addresses anywhere in the world. International shipping is conducted by Parcel Force and organisations that they employ.

Returns & Refunds
Nice Stuff takes pride in our reputation for quality and service. If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help you with a prompt exchange or refund.
Please contact Nice Stuff either by telephone or by e-mail enquiries@nicesuff.biz to obtain a returns authorisation. An authorisation code will be issued and must be referred to on all correspondence. This number must also be clearly marked on any returned packages. The cost of returning goods to Nice Stuff is to be met by the customer.
Goods should be returned to the following address, in a condition fit for resale, within 30 days of the date of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds can only be given on items received by us. We therefore suggest a form of recorded postage when returning items. Please quote the Nice Stuff Order Number in a cover note, along with any returns. No refund can be made unless a post office franked proof of posting can be provided.
You are required to take reasonable care of items. Please return an item in its original and undamaged packaging with all of its components. If an item is returned undamaged and in its original, undamaged packaging, we will offer you a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason.
